4. You must use a believable name. No "HeihachiBabylove" or "samurai7foreva" etc.
5. If your site contains pornography, yaoi, yuri, aka NC-17 stuff, please say so in the comments, so I can decide whether to screen the URL or not.
6. Obsessive use of StIcKy caPs on your website = not good.
