4. You must use a believable name. No "naruToluRv349**!" or "*~ry0m4iscoolz~*" etc. If you do use it, your name will be change into something simpler.
5. If your site contains pornography, yaoi, yuri, aka NC-17 stuff, please say so in the comments, so I can decide whether to screen the URL or not.
6. Obsessive use of StIcKy caPs on your website = not good.
