ABOUT
BECK is a popular manga by Harold Sakushi, serialized in Monthly Shonen Magazine and has currently been licensed by Tokyopop. It has recently been turned into an anime series where artists like Beat Crusaders and meister performed the opening and ending songs.
There's more to BECK than the music performed in the anime. The manga has a wide variety of bands performing different songs through its pages. While reading BECK, you can almost hear the music come alive as you see those bands play. The intensity of each concert or live performance can be felt, and the roar of the crowds is almost deafening. Along with the release of Volume 13, Harold Sakushi also released a BECK Tribute CD, featuring 10 different rock bands playing songs that most likely reflect the manga.
